FORWARD THREE LAKES COMMUNITY SURVEY

(Please note: the deadline for entries has passed, a huge thanks to all who participated!)

Three Lakes Teams Up With University of Wisconsin Inviting Residents to Participate in Identifying Ways to Move the Town Forward

THREE LAKES, Wis. (August 13, 2020) — Three Lakes has just launched a community-wide effort to determine how to best move the town forward. In conjunction with the University of Wisconsin-Extension’s Design Wisconsin Team, Forward Three Lakes is a three-month initiative, in which all are invited to discover and pursue their shared vision of the future.

The Community Survey is one way for friends of Three Lakes to share their real, heart-felt feelings about their community. It includes your opinions of Three Lakes today as well as future community development preferences. This survey plus a number of other opportunities to build a shared community vision will take place between now and November. The combined survey results from as many members of the community as possible will help us move forward together. This includes permanent residents, seasonal residents, those who work here and play here.

Those without internet access have several ways to make sure they can participate in the community-wide survey. First, it would be great if a family member or friend with internet access helps them be able to complete their survey on-line. Second, computers are available at our local Demmer Library during the current Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday library hours. Note, there is Wi-Fi that is always available outside the Demmer Library. A few picnic tables have been placed there. Finally, a paper copy of the survey can be picked up at the Town Hall and returned there.

The window for completing the Three Lakes Community Survey is open through Sunday, August 30, 2020.
